For the past four decades, GAET Counselling Centre has been at the forefront of the school mental health movement. With state-of-the-art facilities in Goregaon and Thane, we are dedicated to promoting the mental wellbeing of the school-age population.
Our work centers around helping young individuals recognize and embrace the importance of accepting Who They Are. By fostering a culture of self-awareness and self-acceptance, we encourage students to value their individuality.
The approach we adopt is both developmental and preventive,aiming not only to support current mental health needs but also to build lifelong resilience and emotional intelligence.
